3 Account Policy
Your 9777ba account is strictly personal and belongs solely to you. You are fully responsible for maintaining its security. 9777ba will not be held liable for any misuse of your account.
- Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
- Selling, renting, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.
- Operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
- If you forget your password, it can be reset via OTP sent to your registered number.
- Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) with a zero balance may be automatically archived.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus
- The welcome bonus is available once only per new member.
- To claim a bonus, you must opt in within 72 hours of your first deposit.

Cashback & Reload Bonus
- Weekly cashback is credited to your account automatically every Monday.
- Cashback bonus wagering requirement: 1× turnover only.
- Reload bonuses may not apply automatically to every deposit; a promo code may be required.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus balance can only be used to bet on designated games.
- If wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, 9777ba reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500 (five hundred taka).

- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; during peak hours, processing may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals are always processed through the same method used for the deposit.
KYC Verification
- Before your first withdrawal, you must submit a scanned copy of your National ID or passport.
- Once KYC verification is completed, it will not need to be repeated unless your information changes.
- Providing false KYC information will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
6 Betting Rules
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bets placed on 9777ba. Once confirmed, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances.
- If the internet connection is lost after a bet is placed, the bet remains valid provided the system has received confirmation.
- 9777ba reserves the right to void any bet placed due to incorrect odds or a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the stake will be refunded.
- Once confirmed in live betting, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Winnings resulting from system malfunctions or abnormal odds will not be paid out.
- Placing identical bets from multiple accounts on the same event will be treated as fraud.
